OK so maybe I just wanted to see my picture next to Matt Leinart’s. Hee hee. He may be a hottie, but he’s been with Paris Hilton and that makes him firmly off limits in my book. Nonetheless, we do look quite nice together, don’t we? HA HA
ANYWAY, TMZ.com and Trojanwire.com report that a pending agreement would have former USC QB/Current Arizona Cardinals QB Matt Leinart agreeing to pay Brynn Cameron, his former girlfriend and mother of his child, $15,000 per month in child support for their 9 month old son Cole Cameron Leinart. Cameron was a star of the women’s basketball team during her years at Troy.
Interesting. 2 months @ $15K would cover Ms. Cameron’s USC tuition for the year. I wonder if taking time off from the Women of Troy rendered her scholarship invalid? (Note: this is pure conjecture on the point of Gridiron Goddess). Prior to the birth of Cole, Brynn had said she would return to SC and the basketball team this coming fall. I hope she does, personally. Seems like she could use something to take her focus off her famous ex beau.

Brynn was a medical redshirt from the USC basketball team last season, and the coach held her scholarship open. She was most likely going to miss last season anyway because she had surgery and then she ended up having Leinart’s demon child so it all worked out I guess.
In regards to her redshirt I saw somewhere that the coach had dealt with this at a previous school in the past so he was fine with it. His only requirement for holding the scholarship was that Brynn made the commitment to come back and wasn’t going to come to practices and then decide she didn’t want to or couldn’t do it.
I did a little research online on it and saw where she is eligible for her scholarship still and committed to coming back this season. so YAY for Brynn and the Lady Trojans!
