So sorry I’ve been light on the content this past week… I was and am crazy busy and sick with stupid sinus infection.
With College football kicking off this weekend and NFL Regular Season next week, this is the last week until post Super Bowl 2008 that I will be lite on content.

After watching the video, you can clearly see why so many, including The Heisman Pundit have Booty at the top of the list of 2007 Heisman contenders.

Been suffering with sinus issues all my life. Finally got a solid ear, nose and throat specialist and a prescription for Nasonex and good to go. Was reluctant to take a steroid-related product…unlike many athletes…but Trojan Nation has to be more enjoyable when you can actually breathe. As for getting video, etc. into a blog…I’m clueless as well. Just writing for me…
Your Gridiron Goddess says: oh man, I feel your pain. I have terrible sinuses most of the year. But let me give you a word of caution on Nasonex and any and all steriod based nasal inhalers– just in case your doc did not tell you–
Only use Nasonex for 4-6 weeks and then cycle off it for at least an equal amount of time.
Using constantly can cause a perforated septum.
Sinus infections suck.

Ok, Amy…the big Pac10/SEC battle is Saturday night…primetime ESPN. I hope you’re rooting for your adopted Southerners down here! I’m hoping we beat them so bad we knock those protesters out of the trees (which has been quite a funny story around this neck of the woods!). It’s just too close to call right now. Any thoughts?

Booty left high school early, is a redshirt SR, yet is 5 months older than Chris Leak. Interesting.
USC is disgusting. They have Mark Sanchez and Mitch Mustain on the bench, and both would start for most any school.
As an SEC-er, Mustain’s a head case. When you go after your coach’s cell phone records and have your mommy come to the office after you get benched…
I don’t want to wish the kid bad luck or anything…but he needs to man-up a little bit and grow a pair.
Booty made a wonderful game last Rose Bowl
John David Booty is really great. He led the team in sweep victory last Rose Bowl. He threw for three scores — giving him a record seven touchdown passes in the last two Rose Bowls.
