But in this case, given my indecision let’s just say I was half wrong in my Saints-Colts prediction, Mkay? lol

WOW did the Colts look good, especially on offense. Kudos to Peyton Manning and the Colts, now that’s the way to put a giant positive footnote on your Super Bowl win.

Poor Reggie Bush, lol. Well you know, not really, but seriously, how much must that guy miss gaining the kind of yardage the USC O-Line was able to help him get and the Saints O-Line, well, I’ll rate it above my long standing semi inappropriate crush Matt Leinart’s on the Arizona Cardinals, but seriously, not by much. Does this smack of homerism? Perhaps. I tend to think I am just a bit more observant of players I feel invested in and their particular situations.

By the way, yes, that IS Saints QB Drew Brees with Alfonso “Carlton Banks” Ribeiro. It’s the first annual, find an embarrassing picture of the losing QB tradition here at Gridiron Goddess.

  1. We have no defense. It’s not in the Saints tradition, such that it is, but we don’t. Drew still rocks. And if Reggie’s legs don’t fall off from being with Kim Kardashian, the season looks good.

  2. Don’t sweat the prediction: You’re not the only Saints fan in L.A. these days. There’s suddenly a lot of Cards fans in L.A., too.
